Is Integrative Wellness Coaching for me?
Feeling unmotivated? Uninspired? Not sure where to start or stuck? Wellness coaching might be the route for you to go. Coaching allows you to collaborate with a professional in order to go after your personal goals related to your overall wellness. It’s different than therapy — no mental health diagnosis or clinical records will be kept. High risk needs and concerns are not appropriate for coaching. If a referral needs to be made for a higher level of care, appropriate recommendations will be made. Sessions are typically 50 minutes and we will work together from a goal oriented approach to address your personal plan. Even if you live outside of North Carolina, this service is offered via secure video sessions.
