Clinical Supervision for LCSWAs

Supervision is one of the most meaningful ways we pay it forward in this field— by supporting new clinicians the way we were once supported. It’s an investment in your confidence, your clients, and the future of our profession.

My goal as a supervisor is to create a supportive and reflective space for new clinicians to deepen clinical skills, strengthen professional identity, and build confidence in navigating the complexities of social work practice. It should be fun and engaging, too! Supervision sessions emphasize ethics, self-awareness, case conceptualization, boundaries, and use of self in the therapeutic relationship.

Supervision with me is grounded in a relational and trauma-informed lens, integrating elements of psychodynamic, somatic, and strengths-based practice. I aim to provide both structure and flexibility—balancing accountability with curiosity and growth.
